Device compatibility checklist
Your phone supports eSIM
Most recent flagship and mid-range phones do, but not every model or regional variant. On many phones you can dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, the device has eSIM hardware.
Your phone is carrier-unlocked
A phone locked to one carrier may refuse another provider's eSIM. Check in your settings or ask your carrier before you travel.
You have Wi-Fi to install
Adding the eSIM downloads a profile, so install it at home or on a reliable connection before you leave.
You know it's data-only
Our eSIMs provide mobile data. Keep your usual SIM for calls and texts if you need them.
Unsure? Check your phone maker's support pages for eSIM support for your exact model before buying.
From checkout to connected
- 1
Choose destination and plan
Search your country or region, compare data and validity, and add a plan to your cart.
- 2
Pay by card or crypto
Card goes to a hosted card payment page. Crypto creates an invoice that shows the accepted coins, networks and the exact amount.
- 3
Wait for verification
Card payments are usually instant. Crypto needs blockchain confirmations — the time depends on the network.
- 4
Install your eSIM
Scan the QR code from your order page or email (Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Add eSIM), or enter the manual code.
- 5
Turn it on at your destination
Switch the eSIM line on, set it for mobile data and enable data roaming for that line.
