These terms apply when you buy an eSIM data plan through Pay Crypto eSIM. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you're buying

A prepaid, data-only eSIM plan for the destination, data allowance and validity shown on the plan at the time of purchase. Network coverage and speeds depend on local partner networks and may vary by location.

Your responsibilities

• Check that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before buying.
• Provide an email address you can access; your eSIM details are sent there.
• Keep your QR code and activation code private.
• Use the service lawfully and in line with local network rules.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed by a fresh quote at checkout. Card payments are processed by our card payment provider. Crypto payments are made against a time-limited invoice which states the accepted coins, networks and amount; only the options shown on the invoice are accepted. An order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.

Delivery

Your eSIM details are made available on your order page and sent by email after payment verification. Delivery times can vary, particularly while crypto payments await confirmation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. We are not responsible for losses caused by sending crypto on a network or in an amount other than the one on your invoice, although we will try to help where we can.
