What we collect

• Your email address and order details, to deliver your eSIM and handle support.
• Payment status information from our card and crypto payment processors. We do not receive full card numbers, and we never ask for wallet seed phrases or private keys.
• eSIM identifiers and data usage needed to provide the service and top-ups.
• Messages you send through the support form.

Stored on your device

Your cart selection is stored in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. A random checkout key is kept for your browser session to prevent duplicate orders on retry. Payment session details and QR codes are not written to analytics.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store — payment processors, eSIM network partners and email delivery — and where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Send requests through our support form. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
